Title: Endgame in Kosovo: The Louise Arbour Story
Directed by Charles Binamé
Summary: The project involves producing a 90-minute
made-for-television drama about how Canadian Justice Louise Arbour brought the International War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague
from relative obscurity onto the world scene. The film will tell the story of her mission to bring those responsible for genocide
and massacre in the former Yugoslavia to justice. It will tell how she tirelessly fought wide-scale scepticism, lack of means,
NATO generals, and ever-elusive war criminals. All the while, she firmly believed that the world's nations had a moral duty
to create a permanent institution to deal with war crimes against humanity.
